Judge Kenny Elliott
The Honorable Kenny Elliott began serving as Justice of the Peace for Precinct 1 in January 2019. He has lived in Precinct 1 for the last 33 years and previously worked for the Brazos County Sheriff’s Office for 36 years. This included 26 years in criminal investigations, investigating major crimes.

Judge Elliott serves as an endowed member of Brazos Union 129. Judge Elliott also serves on the Board for Amber Alert, Wellborn Community Center, and Central Texas Justice of the Peace and Constables Association (CTJPCA), and a member of the Justice of the Peace and Constables Association (JPCA).
Judge Elliott is dedicated to his family, including his wife, Victoria, his late daughter, Candace, his son and daughter-in-law, Chad and Shana, and his seven grandchildren. He is a member of Christ Church in College Station, TX.
