Did you know that you can e-file your civil claims for Small Claims, Evictions, and Remedy and Repair? Just use the EFileTexas.gov system. Be aware that Justices of the Peace reserve the right to adjust filing fees. Fees may be adjusted contingent on the accuracy of “Filing Codes” or “Optional Services” elected by the filer. Note: E-filing is required for attorneys.
