The Brazos County Commissioners Court will conduct a public hearing to consider a plan for the County Clerk’s Records Management and Archive Fund, authorized by HB 370, 77th Legislative Session, Section 118.011 Local Government Code, to fund the preservation and restoration of the County Clerk’s Records. The public hearing will be held on August 4, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in the Brazos County Commissioners Courtroom, County Administration Building, 200 South Texas Avenue, Suite 106, Bryan, Texas 77803.
