[ARCHIVED] Jena Overall

Ms. Jean Overall, has been selected as Brazos County's "Employee of the Month" for November, 2010. Ms. Overall is a Probation Officer assigned to our Intensive Probation Unit and as such supervises a case load of probationers that have significant risk and need factors. Ms. Oveall does a very good job of working with this difficult group of probationers and works well at building rapport and establishing rules and consequences.

Ms. Overall is always willing to assist her peers as needed. Ms. Overall did a magnificent job of taking on added responsibilities when her supervisor was out for an extended period of time on maternity leave. Ms. Overall successfully coordinated the Global Positioning Satellite program while maintaining her current work load. Thanks Jena for a job very well done.

Merits: Ms. Overall has been praised on several occasions in the past for her willingness to assist her peers and to take on added duties as needed.

Bio: Ms. Overall began her duties with the Brazos County Juvenile Services Department in May of 2008. She graduated from Bryan High School and has a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University.
