Ms. Michelle Fecowycz, Psychologist, was chosen as our Brazos County Juvenile Services "Employee of the Month" for May, 2009. Michelle, a licensed Psycholgist, has done an outstanding job of conducting Psychological Assessments on various residents. Her recommendations are always very insightful and helpful to the Probation Officers.

Michelle worked hard to revise the internal Psychological Referral process making it easier for a Probation Officer to request an assessment. Michelle, along with other staff members from our Health Services Department, developed a very helpful broucher explaining all the services provided by our Health Services Unit.

Michelle does a very good job of supervising various mental health interns each semester. Finally, Michelle volunteers her time and expertise as the Juvenile Department' s resident photographer. Her skill in the area is quite superb. Thanks Michelle for all you do.

Merits: Michelle has been recognized on several occasions by other staff members and by her Supervisor for her helpfulness and teamwork.

Bio: Michelle has been employed with Brazos County Juvenile Services since October of 1998. In addition to her employment with Brazos County, she has also worked with delinquent children at the Texas Youth Commission and at the Victoria County Juvenile Department. Michelle graduated from Texas A&M University with her Masters Degree.
