Ms. Sara Bading is our Juvenile Probation Department "Employee of the Month" for September 2007. Sara is an outstanding probation officer who consistently displays exceptional skills and abilities. Sara is always professional, very intelligent, and consistently solves complex problems in an efficient manner. Sara is always willing to train newly hired personnel and routinely volunteers to fill in for peers who may need to be off work for extended periods of time.

Sara is confident in her abilities and works very well with children and their family members. She is highly respected by everyone she comes into contact with. Sara consistently displays the positive character trait of "attentiveness" by showing the worth of a person or task by giving her undivided concentration. Sara displays "diligence" by investing her time and energy to complete each task assigned to her in a timely manner. Sara is also very flexible in displaying a willingness to change plans or ideas according to the direction of her authorities. To summarize, Sara is a woman of great character who consistently goes beyond what is required of her in an effort to help those around her succeed. Thanks Sara for being such a great role-model and thanks for all the wonderful things you do each day. You are very much appreciated.

Merit: Sara was previously selected as "Employee of the Month" in November 2006 for displaying exceptional mentorship qualities.

Bio: Sara holds an earned bachelors degree from Texas A&M University specializing in Sociology and Psychology. Before being hired by the Brazos County Juvenile Probation Department in May of 2004, Sara previously worked with Tri-County MHMR as a mental health service coordinator. Sara is married to the very talented Mr. Ryan Bading and they are expecting their first child in October 2007.
