Ms. Shenita Heard has been selected as our "Employee of the Month" for March 2008. Shenita is very friendly and has an engaging personality. More importantly, however, Shenita is a woman of great character as evidenced by the following character traits she consistently demonstrates:
Benevolence and compassion - Shenita consistently gives to others' basic needs without having personal reward as her motive. She cares deeply for the children and families she serves and invests whatever is necessary to heal their hurts.
Endurance - Shenita demonstrates inward strength to withstand stress and continually does her best.
Friendship and team work - Shenita consistently offers to help her peers in whatever ways are needed. Her ability to come alongside a peer and give support and encouragement is commendable.
Dependability - Although Shenita has recently experienced significant problems securing proper child-care for her own child, she has demonstrated dependability by fulfilling her job obligations even when it meant unexpected sacrifice.
Great job Shenita. You are Great!!!
