[ARCHIVED] Jannifer Ellison

jannifer.jpg

Ms. Jannifer Ellison was selected as our "Employee of the Month" for May 2008. Jannifer is a Juvenile Probation Officer and has performed exceptionally well in recent months consistently exceeding expectations. Jannifer did an exemplary job of assuming additional duties when a co-worker in her unit was recently promoted into another position helping ensure that her "Court Unit" continued to function appropriately. This task required exceptional organizational skills and a lot of extra effort on Jannifer's part.

In addition, Jannifer serves as a mentor / trainer for newly hired staff and always takes the time needed to ensure new staff under her guidance gain the knowledge and skills necessary to become successful. Perhaps the greatest accomplishment of Jannifer is not her job skills, but the content of her character. A few of the many positive character traits that describe Jannifer include:

Availability - Jannifer makes her schedule and priorities secondary to the wishes of her supervisors.

Dependability - Jannifer fulfills what she consents to do, even if it means unexpected sacrifice.

Endurance - Jannifer has the inward strength to withstand stress and to always do her best, even under trying circumstances.

Thanks Jannifer for a job very well done!!!
