[ARCHIVED] Ted Randall

Mr. Ted Randall was selected as our Juvenile Services "Employee of the Month" for October 2008. Ted is a Juvenile Probation Officer assigned to our Intensive Supervision Unit (ISP). Ted has done an outstanding job of supervising children on his case load. He communicates very effectively with both children and their parents. Ted has a unique ability to build positive rapport with kids while at the same time holding them accountable for their actions. Ted is always willing to help out in any way needed and consistently assists with other duties and assignments when asked. Ted is a positive role-model who carries himself in a professional manner. Thanks Ted for all the great things you do each day.

Merits: Ted has received praise on numerous occasions from both peers and supervisors alike for his hard work, team play, and positive attitude.

Bio: Ted graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Bachelors Degree in Social Work. Ted also has an earned Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky. Before being hired at the Brazos County Juvenile Services Department, Ted spent two years working at the Texas Youth Commission where he served as a Case Manager and as a Program Specialist.
