Transportation Bond

On November 8, 2022, Brazos County residents will have the opportunity to vote on a transportation bond that, if passed, could be used to leverage funds for road construction and transportation projects throughout the county.  When considering funding for transportation projects, federal and state agencies want to see partnerships and community buy-in before committing funds.  Brazos County commissioners have worked with the cities of Bryan and College Station, the Texas Department of Transportation, the Bryan College Station Metropolitan Planning Organization, and the Brazos County Regional Mobility Authority to identify projects with the greatest potential for partnership leveraging.
