Ms. Jannifer Taylor was selected as our Brazos County Juvenile Services "Employee of the Month" for May 2013. Jannifer is a Probation Officer assigned to our Court Services Unit. July 2012 Jannifer consistently goes “over and above” to make sure that all of her clients get the proper care and assistance they need.
In April, Jannifer did a particularly excellent job while working with a juvenile with special needs. Jannifer went to the school and personally met with her Speech Therapist to make sure that probationer was getting the proper therapy for her speech impediment.
Jannifer also gave the child a journal to document her daily activities in and also to keep record of when the victim or anyone else would bother her.
Also, Jannifer was working with the child on building her self-esteem. In fact, the Juvenile Magistrate took the time to notify Jannifers superiors of her extra-ordinary work with this young girl. Jannifer is always eager and willing to take on any obstacle her clients may have. GREAT JOB!!!
