Mr. David Webb has been selected as our Brazos County Juvenile Services "Employee of the Month" for November, 2011. David is a Probation Officer assigned to our Recidivism Reduction Program (RRP) where he works with probationers identified as having significant risk and needs factors making them at-risk to recidivist without those issues being properly addressed. David works very well with children and families and is adept at building rapport and trust. David was instrumental in bringing a program to the department that focused on teaching probationers the importance of making good decisions. The program was highly successful. David is always willing to assist his peers in any way necessary and has received praise on several occasions for his positive attitude and strong work ethic. Thanks David for all you do.

Bio: David graduated from Monsigner Senior Catholic High in Beaumont Texas - Home of the Fighting Bull Dogs and has a degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University. David is an avid power lifter, and while a college student he was a member of the award winning power lifting team at Texas A&M University. David has been working for Brazos County Juvenile Services since July 2009.
