Duties and Responsibilities

Our Civil Division provides legal representation to the Commissioner's Court, Department Heads, and county employees in the discharge of their official duties.

Public Information Requests

All requests for public information are treated uniformly. To facilitate handling of your public information request, please send a copy of your records request to:  publicinfo@brazoscountytx.gov
