You must complete the Request for Transcript form that is included in our Forms left menu link, and return the completed form to the Court.

You must complete the Setting Request form that is included in our Forms left menu link, and return it to the District Clerk’s Office.

3. How do I get a Court Appointed Attorney?

Your first setting that you will receive from the court will be a Status of Attorney hearing. The Application for Court Appointed Attorney may be filled out at that time and the court will consider your application at the hearing.
