Doyle was selected as "Employee of the Month" for exhibiting such positive character traits as the following:

1. Availability - Doyle makes his own priorities and schedules secondary to others.

2. Flexibility - Doyle is willing to change plans or ideas according to the direction of his supervisors

3. Initiative - Doyle recognizes and does what needs to be done before being asked to do so.

Doyle has accepted additional duties as of late due to his unit experiencing a staff vacancy. Doyle, in his usual fashion, willingly accepts such duties. He is dedicated and loyal and always very positive. He is constantly lifting the spirits of those around him with his great attitude and wonderful personality. He continues to prove to be a great asset to this agency. Great job Doyle.

Title: Surveillance Officer

Merits: Doyle received praise recently from Placement Unit Staff for taking the initiative, with little advance notice, to ensure a county vehicle received needed maintenance to ensure it was properly ready for an out-of-county trip.

Bio: Doyle began working for the department in 1999. He attended Bishop College and Prairie View A&M. He is married to the very lovely Ms. Agnes Gray. They are the proud parents of Aneysha, Shana, and Doyle Jr. Doyle Jr. will graduate on May 5, 2007, from Paul Quinn College, with a degree in Kinesiology.
